We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
OUR RITUAL GUARANTEE
Balangy is made to be used, not admired. Give your ritual one full cycle. If you do not feel a difference within 30 days of receiving your order, email hello@balangy.com and we will refund your purchase. You do not need to send anything back.
The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a product, one refund per customer.
RETURNS
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be completely unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Costumers are responsible for return shipping costs.
REFUNDS
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at hello@balangy.com for exchange requests.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Contact our support team at hello@balangy.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return shipping address.
