1. Prepare the skin. Warm a few drops of Balancing Body Oil between your hands and massage it into your skin.

2. Move the tool. Glide the tool slowly across the body, following these three areas:

Belly. Slow clockwise circles around your navel. This is the direction your body wants.
Inner thighs. Glide up from the knee toward the groin. This is where lymph lives, and where we tend to hold a lot.
Underarms. Sweep from the elbow up into the armpit. So much of the body's drainage happens here.

3. Rest. Five to ten minutes is enough. Breathe. End by resting your hands on your belly.
